Vidalista Black 80 mg is marketed as a high-strength product containing tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. It does not increase sexual desire. The major safety concern is the 80 mg strength. For ED, the usual maximum recommended tadalafil dose is 20 mg once daily when taken on demand. Therefore, 80 mg is substantially above the standard recommended maximum. A higher dose does not necessarily provide better results and can considerably increase the risk of adverse effects.
