Malegra 200 mg is marketed as a sildenafil-based medicine for erectile dysfunction (ED). Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis when sexual stimulation occurs, helping support an erection. However, 200 mg is above the usual maximum recommended sildenafil dose of 100 mg once in 24 hours for most adults with ED.
